Bringing the Art & Science to Midlife Women’s Health

Jennifer Watters, NP, MN, is the Founder of RoseWell Health and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with over 14 years of advanced clinical experience.

Her clinical work focuses on midlife women’s health, with specialized expertise in hormone therapy, cardiovascular health, bone health, metabolic and longevity. She has supported hundreds of women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them move beyond symptom management to gain clarity, confidence, and control over their health.

Jennifer’s approach is grounded in both clinical precision and individualized care. She integrates evidence-based medicine with healthspan optimization strategies, recognizing the complex interplay between hormones, metabolism, and long-term health outcomes.

At RoseWell, care is intentionally structured -designed to provide clarity, direction, and continuity - so you can move through midlife with confidence and a clear plan for your health.
