RoseWell Health is designed for women seeking specialized expertise and a genuine partnership in their care.
Your Certified Menopause Practitioner works with you throughout your journey—taking the time to understand your full health story, your goals, and the changes you’re navigating in midlife. Sessions are intentionally unrushed, allowing space for meaningful discussion, comprehensive education, and collaborative, informed decision-making.
Research in women’s midlife health continues to evolve rapidly. Our understanding of hormone therapy, metabolic health, brain health, and longevity is expanding every year. Your care should reflect this—through thoughtful conversations and guidance from providers deeply committed to advancing women’s health.
We maintain intentionally limited capacity, because truly individualized care cannot be delivered in high-volume systems. For women ready to gain deeper understanding and take an active role in their health, RoseWell provides a structured, supportive environment to create sustainable change.

Many online platforms focus on brief, streamlined virtual visits and fragmented prescription-based care, often supported by standardized protocols, automated tools, AI-driven communication, or generalists. These services can provide convenient access for addressing a specific symptom, but they may offer limited time to explore the full hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle connection that influence midlife health, and treatment options may be more narrowly focused.
At the same time, many wellness or coaching programs provide valuable education and lifestyle support, but do not include medical assessment, prescribing, or clinical oversight.
RoseWell was designed to bridge this gap. Care is clinically guided by a menopause-certified Nurse Practitioner, combining medical expertise with structured systems and personalized care. Through comprehensive 12-week clinical programs, we address key pillars of midlife health spanning hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, sexual health, and long-term health priorities.
This approach allows for deeper clinical insight, individualized strategies, and ongoing guidance, helping women better understand and navigate the hormonal and health changes of midlife.

A Certified Menopause Practitioner is a healthcare professional who has completed advanced training and certification in menopause care through The Menopause Society.
The Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential recognizes clinicians who have demonstrated specialized knowledge in the management of perimenopause and menopause. To earn this designation, providers must pass a rigorous certification examination covering evidence-based care for midlife women, including:
Hormone therapy and non-hormonal treatment options
Management of menopause symptoms
Bone, heart, and brain health in midlife
Sexual and genitourinary health
Long-term health considerations during and after menopause
Certification requires ongoing education to stay current with the latest research and clinical guidelines in menopause care.
Working with a certified menopause practitioner ensures your care is guided by specialized expertise and up-to-date, evidence-informed recommendations.

During your initial consultation, we will complete an in-depth review of your medical history and determine what options may be available to you based on clinical guidelines and your specific symptoms.
In some situations, hormone therapy may not be safe or appropriate. These include, per guidelines: undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding, acute liver dysfunction, estrogen-dependent cancer (breast, ovarian, endometrial), cardiovascular disease, stroke, blood clotting disease. Current guidelines recommend that hormone therapy can safely be initiated in healthy women who are less than 60 years of age or less than 10 years since menopause.
Individual relative risks will be explored. Non-hormonal options will be reviewed if hormone therapy is not the right fit for you.
